ON Web Solutions are always on the look out for talented, energetic individuals to help us with out numerous projects and expansion of the company. All (current) positions are on a part time, contractual basis, and require you to work from home so you must have adequate software and hardware setup with your own internet connection.

Although we stipulate working from home, we believe that team players must interact on a personal level and our team must be available for personal meetings, client consultations and some level of on-site activity. For this reason we are not looking too far outside of Guelph and people with hectic schedules, undefinable hours, a penchant for long recreational trips away from wireless capability, plans to emigrate etc…… need not apply.

In addition, ON Web Solutions seeks team members who are personable, articulate and conscious of their appearance for sales consultations. Our clients need web developers who can communicate with them on their level about the things they dont understand, or have not yet understood.  Selling websites is not like selling cars, you must be able to understand the clients business, methods and customers and work with them to create a web strategy that will maximise their return on investment.
